A) Preoperation.
B) Postoperation (6 weeks).
C) Preoperation with the labia minora spread open
D) Postoperation (6 weeks) with the labia minora opened. The scars are difficult to see.

Slide 7
36 year old female who had trauma to her left labium minora at age 3 causing a large laceration. She underwent repair of the laceration and labia minora reduction.

A. Preoperation. The labia minora are enlarged.
B. Postoperation at 4 months, so the area is still slightly pink.
C. Preoperation with labium spread open. The large labial tear is easily visible.
D. Postoperation with labium spread open. The tear is eliminated.
