The patient below is a 26 year old female to male transsexual who underwent bilateral breast removal through an incision at the underside of the areola. The nipples were reduced at the same time. He needed a minor second operation to remove some excess left chest skin.

This young man underwent removal of both breasts through an in incision around the lower areola. He needed a several minor secondary operations to remove some excess breast skin. These incisions were made above and below the areola. This is certainly a much better alternative than a long incision with a free nipple graft.
