PERIAREOLAR CHEST CONTOURING

This patient is a 26 year old ftm who underwent breast removal through an incision at the underside of the areola. the nipples were reduced at the same time. He needed a minor second operation to remove some excess left chest skin.

PERIAREOLAR CHEST CONTOURING

This young man underwent removal of both breasts through an incision around the lower areola. He needed several minor secondary operations to remove some excess breast skin. there incisions were made above and below the areola. This is certainly a much better alternative than a long incision with a free nipple graft.
