Patient 2

25 year old underwent amputation labiaplasty resulting in irregular edges, frenulum with scalloping, and continued enlarged labia minora. Underwent Alter
labia minora reduction with reduction of the sides of the clitoral hood reduction along with removal of some of the scalloping.

Patient 3

23 year old woman who underwent amputation labiaplasty.  She underwent
advancement of the upper and lower labial edges on the right and an  
Alter Labiaplasty on the left.

30 year old female who had a labia minora amputation technique and high vaginal lip by another physician. She was reconstructed by a "Alter" labia minora reduction along with a lowering of the high vaginal lip.

 

This 18 year old had a radical amputation technique by another physician. She underwent reconstruction with clitoral hood flaps by me.
