22 year old with primary lymphedema of the scrotum, penis, and perineum. He underwent removal of the scrotum and underlying tissue with scrotum reconstruction using split thickness skin grafts. His penis was not significantly involved.

33 year old with lymphangioma circumscriptum of the scrotum and perineum. He underwent resection of the entire scrotum and perineal lymphangioma, scrotum reconstruction with split thickness skin grafts, skin graft to the base of the penis, and closure of the perineal wound.

32 year old who had necrotizing fasciitis (flesh-eating bacteria) over his abdomen and genitalia. He also developed a large urethral fistula. He had previous skin grafts to his abdomen and penis with burying of his testicles into his thighs by other physicians. He underwent a two-stage reconstruction. He had removal of the restricting skin graft of his penis, which was replaced with a thick skin graft, correction of the urethral fistula using a gracilis muscle flap, and release of his testicles with scrotum reconstruction using a split thickness skin graft.
